When you rent equipment from us, you agree to use it responsibly and for its intended purpose. You also agree to return the units in a condition similar to how they were delivered, with normal wear and tear expected.
All rentals require a confirmed booking. Payment terms will be discussed at the time of order and may vary depending on the scope of service. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees or cancellation of services.
We will coordinate delivery and pickup times based on your needs and availability. You are responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and safe for delivery. Additional fees may apply for missed pickups, relocation, or special handling.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the units during the rental period. Misuse, vandalism, or damage may result in extra cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid charges. Refunds for early pickup or unused rental periods are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case.
Amarillo Porta Potties Rentals | SpotPot is not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or site inaccessibility. Our liability is limited to the rental amount paid.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service anytime. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
